Aspiring women often find themselves isolated on the rise to the top. Mentors, role models, and supportive peers are hard to find. Our "Women of Influence" professional development program is designed specifically to target the unique needs of women as they navigate the corporate landscape.
Our leadership development program is designed to accelerate the advancement of high-potential and high-achieving women by enabling them to develop the leadership skills necessary to attain their fullest career potential while delivering impactful business results to the employer.
What women naturally bring to leadership is becoming more necessary and relevant in the corporate environment. Numerous studies have examined the relationship between the number of women in management and financial performance of the organization. Results have shown that companies with more women in senior leadership roles are more likely to have better results. A 19-year study by Pepperdine University found that the 25 Fortune 500 companies with the best record of promoting women were more profitable than comparable firms in the same industries. According to the 2010 "Best Companies for Leadership" survey, the top 20 companies were more likely to value inclusivity and diversity in management. Successful organizations are recognizing the importance of incorporating women in high-level decision making and retaining talented women in their workforce.
A powerful peer group experience for executive women who want to succeed in business and make a significant impact on the lives of others.
